• Recent graduates with a B.Com, BBA, or MBA degree (Fresher).
• Strong interest in a career in sales, especially in telecalling and customer outreach.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in achieving targets.
• Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus.
