Sales Development Representative
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated SDR Intern to support our sales team in identifying potential customers, generating leads, and creating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, eagerness to learn sales processes, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential customers and target markets
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company criteria
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with prospective clients
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer information
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to create sales opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer engagement
- Familiarity with MS Office tools and CRM platforms is an added advantage
